Full Job Description
The AI Change Manager reports directly to the Head of Change Management and collaborates closely with the Change Specialist and Change Manager to ensure the consistent application of change management methodologies and to share learnings across the team., Project Delivery
Develop and implement change management strategies for AI-specific projects, ensuring high levels of adoption, return on investment (ROI), stakeholder engagement, and user enablement.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Deliver targeted interventions, including training sessions, learning materials, and communication plans for AI initiatives to ensure user readiness and smooth transitions.
Identify and track qualitative and quantitative adoption/value metrics, and report progress and outcomes to the Head of Change Management.
Drive return on investment (ROI) by ensuring AI initiatives meet business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Collaboration and Alignment
Share learnings, insights, and best practices with the Head of Change Management and Change Specialist to continuously refine and improve the AI change methodology.
Ensure alignment with the overall change management framework established by the Head of Change Management, maintaining consistency across all AI projects.
Strategic Input
Collaborate with the Head of Change Management to contribute to the overarching AI Adoption Strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Provide feedback on AI adoption challenges and successes to the Head of Change Management to inform and enhance the broader change management strategy.
Contribute expertise to improve the adoption of AI-specific tools, templates, and best practices, ensuring they meet the needs of the organisation.
Influencing and Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, business leaders, and end-users, to drive support and engagement for AI initiatives.
Influence and manage stakeholders to ensure alignment with change management objectives and the successful adoption of AI technologies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure they understand the benefits and impacts of AI initiatives, addressing any concerns or resistance.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in change management or related fields, with a focus on technology adoption and transformation projects.
Hold a Change Management certifications such as Prosci or ACMP
Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be advantageous.
Proven experience in managing change initiatives for AI projects or related technology adoption efforts within an organisation.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to apply them in AI-specific contexts.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and report on AI adoption metrics and outcomes.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs, learning materials, and communication plans related to AI initiatives.
Proficiency in using AI tools and technologies, with a demonstrated ability to drive their adoption and integration within an organisation.
Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders at various levels of the organisation to drive successful change adoption.
