Lockheed Martin UK - Strategic Systems (LMUK SS) is the single contractor providing specialist Waterfront In-Service Support to one of the Royal Navy's Submarine Programs. The company provides the Ministry of Defence (MoD) with safe, efficient and responsive support. LMUK SS, as part of the ABL Alliance with AWE and Babcock, is also responsible for the management of operations at RNAD Coulport. Looking to the future, LMUK SS supports the joint US and UK submarine design efforts., We are seeking a PLM Process Developer (Windchill) to join our team in Helensburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technology.This role benefits from or 4xFlex working pattern, offering a 4 day week Mon - Thu. We're also offering hybrid working with this role typically having 1 day a week onsite in Helensburgh and 3 days working from home. In today's fast-paced manufacturing environment, real-time information sharing, dynamic data visualisation, and seamless collaboration are more important than ever. Windchill is at the forefront of this transformation, enabling teams to work efficiently with secure data access, quality-focused processes, and a digital thread that enhances product development. As a PLM Process Developer, you will play a key role in modernising legacy applications, designing efficient workflows, and ensuring effective data management using Windchill's application suite.,

• Legacy System Modernisation - Analyse, design, and convert existing applications and processes into a scalable and maintainable Windchill-based solution.
• PLM Process Development - Implement state management, system modelling, and data interoperability within the Windchill framework.
• Data Visualisation & Reporting - Work with data analysts and customers to create insightful PLM dashboards and business reports.
• Collaboration & Integration - Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to understand PLM requirements and leverage Windchill's capabilities for enhanced process efficiency

• PLM Experience: Strong background in PLM frameworks, with expertise in Windchill highly desirable. Experience in Teamcenter, Propel, or PDExpert, with a willingness to transition to Windchill, is also considered.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of PLM process state management, system modelling, and heterogeneous data management.
• Digital Thread & PLM Best Practices: Experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial:
+ Change & Configuration Management + Test Management + Manufacturing Process Management + CAD & Digital Mock-ups
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, customers, and senior stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Logical thinker with the ability to translate complex information into clear, structured workflows.
• Self-Motivation & Teamwork: Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
