nDreams Studio Elevation are re-establishing the boundaries of VR. We're looking for a talented Producer to help us explore, create, and deliver world leading innovation in software and VR hardware. With our first title nearing release and a second in early planning stages, it's a great time to join our fully remote, VR-first studio. Elevation is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated Producer to manage projects from concept through to release. You will own the delivery of games and facilitate their integration within the wider business, ensuring alignment with stakeholders on vision and planning. Forming close relationships and fostering a happy, motivated team is essential.,

• Oversee and manage design, development, and release processes across multiple projects and platforms.
• Create and manage roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
• Communicate with various teams to maintain budgets and people plans, and solve risks.
• Enforce best practices for development and monitor team and project health.
• Manage external dependencies, including localization and outsourcing partners.
• Act as the "Scrum Master" and instil Agile principles.
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders on vision and planning.
  
  The skills you'll need:
• Experience with at least one commercial game from concept to release.
• Worked with cross-functional, multi-disciplined teams.
• Strong Project Management skills (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting and understanding commercial forecasts.
• Collaborative approach and ability to rally a team.
The nice to haves:
• Experience in VR production and knowledge of industry trends.
• Comfortable with working with large teams.
