Duties:

• Design, manages, and operate internal communication systems, including data, voice, and video networks (LANs, WANs, and voice systems). This includes planning, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure like routers, switches, firewalls, PBXs, and security devices.
• Provides support for network hardware and systems, troubleshooting significant issues, identifying and fixing errors, and updating older networks when needed.
• Assist internal and external customers by answering technical questions and recommending solutions. Leads and mentors less experienced team members.
• Install and maintains hardware, software, and system data for small to medium-sized networks.
• Creates network diagrams and documentation to communicate the current system setup.
• Configures and updates various network equipment, such as routers, switches, and intelligent hubs, ensuring they meet operational requirements.

Salary: £18,000 per annum.

Working week: Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm / 37.5hrs per week.
