We are delighted to be supporting this leading name with an international footprint as they look to add an experienced IT Systems Engineer to their IT team.

In this role you will work as part of the wider IT team to help implement change within the group, building and maintaining the Group IT systems while sharing your expertise with the Service Desk.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the wider Infrastructure team to promote information exchange.
Support the delivery of the infrastructure strategic roadmap.
To ensure that client demands are satisfied, work closely with the service desk.
Prioritise supporting significant occurrences in addition to strategic initiatives.
As part of a rota, assist the service desk with escalation.
Ensure that the proper ticketing system is used to record and collect all work.
Requests should be escalated to the senior management for resolution if necessary.

I am looking to speak with people who have held a similar position in the past; experience of working with Azure and cyber security focussed work would be hugely beneficial.
