Full Job Description
It is an exciting time to join the Law Society of Scotland. Due to the implementation of a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM system we have an opportunity within the CRM Project Team for a Product Owner to work closely with the SME's and supplier to ensure successful delivery.,
- Facilitate delivery of a high-quality solution CRM
- Play a lead role in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and UAT
- Collaborate with the project team, SME's and suppliers to ensure development is in line with project goals
- Understand the needs of the organisation/project and apply the appropriate approach to support delivery.
Experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - Formal agile certification e.g Scrum
- Experience of working with Digital Design teams and full digital service delivery lifecycle
- Experience in a product owner or delivery lead position for 5+ years
