- Integration Architecture & Middleware Strategy: Own the design and implementation of integration architecture, including data mapping, transformation, and orchestration.
- Collaboration with TPM Vendors & Teams: Work with external TPM vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, reliable data exchange aligned with commercial calendars.
- Monitoring & Alerting: Establish and manage integration monitoring and alerting systems to ensure integration performance and data integrity.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations and APIs.
- Contribute to Integration Roadmap: Be a key contributor to the integration roadmap across the Digital & Technology function.
- Mentoring & Team Support: Mentor junior engineers and support the development of digital capabilities within the team.
7+ years of experience in data engineering and 2+ years in integration engineering, ideally within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environments. - Proven experience integrating Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems (e.g., o9, SAP TPM, BluePlanner, Blacksmith) with ERP and commercial platforms.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and data formats (JSON, XML).
- Hands-on experience with integration/middleware tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Boomi, Mulesoft, or similar.
- Strong understanding of commercial and financial processes, including trade accruals, deductions, and sales forecasting.
- Experience working with cloud environments (preferably Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset. Preferred Experience:
- Experience with modern data platforms and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools to visualize TPM data.
- Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or CPG industries.
- Exposure to DevOps or Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
