Full Job Description
Location: Glasgow (Onsite)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
We’re partnering with a globally recognised organisation to recruit an experienced Site Support Analyst for their growing IT support function based in Glasgow. This is a rare opportunity to join a business that champions innovation, invests in its people, and operates with a truly international outlook.
As a Site Support Analyst, you’ll be the vital link between local users and the global IT team – providing exceptional support across hardware, software, and mobile devices while championing best-in-class customer service and service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
-
Act as the first and second-line support for all on-site IT issues – from hardware to software, networking, mobile devices and printers.
-
Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets in line with SLAs, escalating where appropriate.
-
Help facilitate the business-wide upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring a smooth transition for end users and minimal disruption.
-
Deliver a positive end-user experience through excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive issue resolution.
-
Support the onboarding and offboarding of users – including device setup and asset tracking.
-
Collaborate with global service delivery teams to maintain alignment and contribute to best practice.
-
Document incidents, solutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
-
Participate in local and global IT improvement initiatives and training delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
-
3+ years’ experience in a similar IT support or site analyst role.
-
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ideally ITIL frameworks).
-
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, and mobile devices – Windows 11 upgrade experience is a plus.
-
Confident communicator with a user-focused approach – able to explain technical matters in a clear, friendly manner.
-
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
-
Experience using ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tool).
-
Ability to manage local hardware inventory and lifecycle processes.
-
Global exposure or experience working in an international organisation is desirable.
