Trainee Solicitors
We are currently looking for Trainee solicitors to join a fantastic legal charity firm based in Glasgow ready to start in June/July 2025 so must have qualified or done their diploma and passed buy this date.
We are a friendly mid-size firm offering an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a positive, team-driven environment.
We are recruiting for 2 Traineeships in Immigration, Asylum & Human Rights Law.
We aim to recruit (LLB) graduates, with a Completed Diploma in Legal Practice, with the following qualities:
- High academic record throughout the Scots Law, LLB at University
- Positive “can do” approach
- Team player
- Excellent communication & writing skills
- Ability to carry out instructions / meet deadlines & organize time
- Experience of Asylum / Refugee / Immigration / Human Rights law and classes will be advantageous, but not essential
- The desire to legally represent our asylum seeker & immigrant clientele, and fit in with our firm ethos, is more important
