Three Bridges Recruitment is currently working with an organisation in Glasgow who are looking to recruit a Cashroom Assistant on an initial temporary contract. You will provide support and work as part of a legal cashier team handling client cash and transactions ensuring compliance is maintained.

This role is an ideal role for a finance assistant with legal experience or accounts clerk looking for a progression opportunity.

Job

The role of Cashroom Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

Input and process data accurately and promptly onto the firm’s invoicing system
Reconcile and replicate data across systems as appropriate
Liaise with fee-earners regarding transactions
Use online banking systems for processing payments
Provide audit evidence and ensure compliance with Law Society rules for client funds
Work as part of the team, supporting and advising as appropriate
