Falkirk Council currently offers 4 Health & Fitness clubs across the Falkirk Area.

To work in our facilities, we are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals, who will deliver excellent customer service, to all our customers.

As a receptionist, your role is all about communication, teamwork and customer service. We are looking for great people, who naturally have these qualities and are prepared to work hard, to drive our business at front of house.

Your role will involve consistent customer interaction, cash handling with a computerised point of sale system, touring new customers, selling and processing memberships, fitness class bookings and dealing with general enquiries.

Health & Fitness is not a 9-5 business, we have early morning exercisers and late night enthusiasts and we will need you to provide incredible customer service whatever the time of day. As such we are looking for people who will work early mornings, late finishes and weekends.

You will work 12.5 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday and a Monday evening on a 2 week rota.

This post is temporary until April 2026 due to service requirement.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check.
