Full Job Description

To apply for a Senior Practitioner post you will need to have extensive experience in working with children and families in a statutory setting. You will have knowledge of relevant policies, legislation, and guidance together with an ability to assess and manage risk. You must have a Degree in Social Work, Dip SW or other recognised Social Work Qualification. You must be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council. You must have a minimum of 3-year post-qualifying experience., Explain your experience of assessing needs and risks, please comment on legislation underpinning your practice?
Detail a time when you have required to manage a conflict or difference of opinion within a work-based scenario, detailing how you managed this and achieved successful resolution
