Our instructors are key members of our team. We are looking for friendly, professional, experienced, Aqua instructors. Our expectations are that classes must be safe, well attended and professionally taught and that our members always leave your class having had an amazing experience. So what qualifications, skills and experience do I need?
- Hold a minimum of a current level 2 CIMSPA or exercise to music teaching qualification.
- Hold a minimum Level 2 In water-based exercise.
- Takes responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification.
- Understands the importance of and always operates a safe class.
- Have effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport motivate!
- Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and ability, recognising Every-BODY is different and unique.
- Good time keeping, trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional.
- Creative keeping classes fresh and alive, bringing elements fun and energy.
