Full Job Description
Navigating public transport, going shopping and social activities.
I am a 13 year old girl and your role is to enable me to be independent and participate in all activities of daily living, supporting me to achieve my potential, build friendships, and take part in activities to increase my social interaction opportunities.
You would act as my chaperone in social situations and also
Help and encourage me to carry out activities inside the home
Such as domestic chores like cooking and fun activities like arts and crafts.
I love music, going swimming, riding my bike and I am part of a running group, local clubs, exhibitions, museums and walks.
I also love socialising whilst enjoying a coffee and treats.
And would like the right person to enjoy these too, I am also open to new activities, opportunities and interests you may bring to the role.
Preferably you will be 16 years + and have a Clean UK Driving License.
PVG Scheme Membership or Scheme Update
required by successful applicant
Please note successful candidates will be expected to cover the cost of the PVG Membership or Update themselves.
3 hours per week
Thursday 4-7pm
Plus ad hoc support during school holidays, evenings
and weekends including Saturdays 9am-2pm.
Any ad hoc support would be agreed at least a month in advance.
