We are recruiting an experienced HGV 2 Driver to join our team working in refuse collection.

As a Class 2 Refuse Driver, you will lead a team of loaders, ensuring their health and safety and assisting with bin loading when necessary. You will also be responsible for conducting vehicle checks on refuse lorries.

Immediate start available.

Job details (Jobs may vary) -

• Working as part of a refuse team
• Carry out refuse & recycling collections daily with skills and knowledge of all machinery aspects of the job.
• Undertaking all duties in a professional manner deploying safe lifting and handling techniques appropriate to articles left for removal.
• Will involve manual handling.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles
• Conduct vehicle checks daily, and report any defects daily.
• Ensuring all delivery and collection notes and paperwork are correct.
• Use of in-cab technology/mobile devices as directed by the Contract.

Role Requirements:-

• CAT C Licence
• Valid CPC & Digital Tacho Card
• New drivers welcome
