Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for the full-time, permanent Drivers Mates to join our team in Mossend for our customer, a British clothing, homeware and toy retailer, Matalan.

You will be working on the shift pattern of Sunday - Thursday with the start time window of 17:00 - 21:00.

What you will do on a typical day:

• Assist drivers in the safe and efficient delivery of goods to customers
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are handled carefully
• Navigate delivery routes and provide excellent customer service
• Confirm deliveries by obtaining customer signatures and documentation

• Basic understanding of delivery routes and maps
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying
