CMYK | IT, Telecoms, and Managed Print Solutions Provider

CMYK, a leading provider of IT, Telecoms, and Managed Print solutions, operates from offices in Edinburgh, Newcastle, Glasgow, Aberdeen, London, and Manchester. We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team based at our Bonnyrigg office.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work with a diverse range of clients and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies. As part of a dynamic team of IT engineers distributed across the UK, you will play a key role in providing support to our valued clients.

The role involves a combination of remote and on-site work, with occasional travel across the UK. CMYK will cover expenses related to travel, accommodation, and subsistence during work-related travel.

Applicants must reside within a commutable distance of our Bonnyrigg office.

Working hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional variations in start times.

Some flexibility will be required for travel, out-of-hours cover, weekend migrations, and occasional work outside of standard hours.

Due to the nature of our clientele in regulated industries, the successful candidate will be required to undergo security and financial screening. A favourable outcome is a prerequisite for any job offer.

Key Skills and Attributes:

Experience with Windows and/or macOS
Experience of the M365 platform
Basic understanding of Entra ID
Basic networking skills (DNS, DHCP, and routing)
Previous IT support experience
A willingness to learn and develop
Possession of a full UK driving licence
Trustworthy, reliable, and accountable
Presentable, with a keen eye for detail
Effective communicator, able to engage with individuals at various technical levels
Ability to think laterally and creatively
Strong team player

Package Details:

Starting salary: £24,500
Pension scheme
