Full Job Description
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in improving the lives of those you care for. Your duties may include:
- Providing compassionate personal care - Assisting with dressing, mobility, and daily tasks
- Encouraging independence - Supporting service users to engage in physical and social activities
- Promoting well-being - Helping clients stay active through mobility support and engaging activities
- Ensuring a safe environment - Following care plans and maintaining a high standard of care
Experience - 6+ months of paid UK care experience within the past 3 years - Registration - If applying in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you'll need the relevant SSSC, SCW, or NISCC registration (not required in England)
- Qualities - A compassionate nature, professionalism, and teamwork skills
- Skills - Ability to support clients with personal care, mobility, and daily activities
