Full Job Description
Maternity Leave Cover - 14 hrs per week, 12 month contract period, starting March 2025.
The Communications Officer is responsible for managing the PR, marketing and digital strategies for Mount Stuart Trust ensuring a cohesive brand message that is consistent, timely, inspiring, and relevant.
The role includes a number of duties which will vary from time to time as directed by the needs of the Trust. Key duties include the following: internal/external communications, marketing, PR and website updates.
Key Roles and Tasks
Communications
Liaise with internal stakeholders for all marketing, PR, and website activity.
Manage relationships with external partners to publish timely company information such as press releases, brochures, and other materials.
Primary liaison with website hosts.
Website
Day to day administration of website updates. Implement, monitor and analyse effectivity across all digital platforms.
Advertising
Manage advertising requirements for all areas of the business.
Deliver strategy
Implement and deliver PR, marketing and digital strategy as directed by SMT.
Identify and develop promotional opportunities across all functions of the business.
Develop Communications Strategy for the Trust to align with Strategic Aims & Objectives.
Content Creation
Creation of artwork for advertisements, leaflets, etc. following brand guidelines.
Project Delivery
Implement and deliver supporting communications for projects across all departments.
