This is an office-based and on-site role, located in Ayr.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging, visually appealing content for all social media platforms to promote and manage competitions.
• Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• On-Camera Presence: Be enthusiastic and confident in front of the camera, building authentic connections with our audience.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and tags, fostering meaningful relationships with followers.
• Live Hosting: Host live sessions on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, representing the brand and strengthening community bonds.
• Social Media Expertise: Apply best practices for Instagram and Facebook, utilizing features like swipe-ups, polls, and reels to enhance engagement.
• Scheduling & Publishing: Use in-house tools to plan and publish posts.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our marketing agency to develop and implement a robust social media content calendar.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with social media trends and propose innovative ideas to boost reach, engagement, and sales.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key metrics to assess content effectiveness and guide future strategies.
