Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Glasgow 
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000

What’s the Role?

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind multi-channel campaigns, using your expertise in SEO, PPC, and Paid Media to deliver outstanding results. You'll work with a variety of clients, ensuring their digital presence is both creative and commercially effective.

Not only will you lead on campaign strategy and execution, but you'll also coach and mentor a Digital Marketing Executive, helping to shape their skills and career development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning, executing, and optimising paid search, social, and display campaigns.
• Managing budgets and setting KPIs to measure success.
• Writing engaging content tailored for different digital platforms.
• Producing detailed performance reports and using insights to refine strategies.
• Carrying out market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends.
• Collaborating with designers, developers, and social teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Acting as a key contact for clients, ensuring their digital marketing goals are met.
• Mentoring a Digital Marketing Executive, providing guidance and upskilling where needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, either agency or in-house.
• A deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and paid media strategies.
• Strong skills in Google Ads, social media advertising, and analytics platforms.
• A results-driven mindset with experience in budget management.
• The ability to communicate digital insights to clients and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach, always looking for ways to improve performance and add value.
