Business Development Executive

Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading firm in Glasgow and Edinburgh who are seeking a Business Development Executive  to join their team on a 12 month FTC. 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking firm where business development plays a key role in driving success.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research on clients, targets, and market sectors.
•  Creating and updating team sheets, credentials, blogs, and newsletters.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of bespoke client events.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the firm to implement BD strategies.
• Managing and prioritising multiple projects with a proactive, hands-on approach.

The ideal candidate will have:

•  Previous experience in a business development or marketing role, ideally within professional services.
• Strong research and analytical skills to support market and client insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a keen eye for detail.
