Social Media & Brand Executive
Glasgow – Hybrid
Salary – Basic £27,000 - £28,000 + bonus and benefits

Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working with fast-paced, dynamic company known for empowering top global brands through strategic, data-driven sales and marketing solutions. Specialising in crafting memorable brand experiences, from field marketing and tactical activations to personalized consumer events and insightful data analytics, they are on the search for a candidate to lead their employee brand social media to attract new talent to the company.

My client is seeking a savvy social media user to own the channel to engage potential colleagues. We are looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of the employee branding social media accounts, not only creating the content the planning, strategy and reporting of it.

Key role responsibilities:

Creating and owning the recruitment marketing accounts, inline with the company acquisition strategy
Working closely with stakeholders from multiple departments
Creating engaging content for all social media platforms using copy, images and video
Continuously seeking new ways to interact with potential candidates
Attract and engage both active and passive talent from a diverse background, increasing our reach to underrepresented groups

To be considered for this role you will have:

Experience setting up and managing multiple social media channels
Managed end to end campaigns
Reported on and constantly analysed social media performance, presenting back to senior staff and tweaking content to optimise
Strong stakeholder management, excelling in collaborating with a range of key contacts
Experience crafting engaging social media graphics on platforms such as Canva, Photoshop, InDesign etc.
