An exciting opportunity has arisen for two new Finance Business Partners to join the Finance team at our College. Several new posts are being recruited for the team as we grow to serve the demands of a growing college. We are looking for someone with a passion for partnering, who will come in and build great working relationships with budget holders as well as being a key player within the finance team.

We are looking for a candidate who can see the bigger picture, who can monitor budget variances whilst understanding the nature of the business and the challenges it faces. Through well planned, regular meetings with your areas, you will not only review month end results and discuss possible actions but also use the meetings as a chance to ensure we have open communication channels & that we are embedding best practices.
If the role itself isn't enough, Nottingham College is a great employer to work for. There is a strong commitment to CPD, generous holiday entitlements (39 days plus bank holidays) and access to both student discount and the LGPS pension scheme - to name but a few of the perks!
The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification. Please ensure that you have a look at this specification attached to the Role Profile and complete your application directly from this, as these specifications are an integral part of the selection process.
