The Creative Division is looking for a multi disciplined Designer who specialises in digital, UX/UI and brand. You will work closely with the team to translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes & designs that produce demonstrable results.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who has strong digital design skills. You should be able to communicate effectively in order to understand the criteria of a project and deliver a carefully crafted UX/UI digital and brand designs.

You will cover digital design, strategy, web design, UX & UI, Animation, Art Direction, Social Media, Google Ads, Display & Video 360 - the entire gamut! You will work across the full digital spectrum from websites and apps to interactive brand experience and social media campaigns. You may also produce digital animations for various projects.

Responsibilities

Communicate with project managers to establish goals, outcomes and timelines for deliverables
Create strong visual designs based on given criteria
Evaluate and adapt designs based on feedback provided
Conceptualize ideas and generate content from a variety of ideas
Understand characteristics of target audience and find effective ways to reach them

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in digital design or relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
3+ years of relevant experience of UX/UI / digital design within a creative agency environment
A fantastic portfolio showcasing your UX/UI, web design, creative
Strong creative, design and multitasking skills
Detail oriented
Demonstrated ability to create effective design solutions

Our client will consider mid - senior level candidates - and absolute minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Your remit will cover a number of interesting, high profile clients and genuinely interesting projects, set within a highly talented and motivated team.

Salary purely dependent on skills & experience with a range of £30,000 - £45,000 (this is a guide only).
