Now, we're looking for a compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team - someone who understands the importance of dignity, comfort, and companionship in the quiet hours. You'll be a calm, steady presence on the night shift, helping residents with their bedtime routines, offering reassurance during wakeful moments, and supporting those who need a little extra help throughout the night. Whether it's a gentle word, a cup of tea, or simply sitting with someone who can't sleep, your care will mean everything. About you: Working closely with our clinical and care team, you'll follow individual care plans, assist with personal care, and keep a close eye on residents' wellbeing - ensuring any concerns are shared promptly with the nurse in charge. You'll also contribute to keeping our home clean, calm, and safe throughout the night, ready for a fresh start every morning.

We'd love to hear from you if you've already got experience in care (ideally 6 months or more), or if you bring the right values and the willingness to learn.
