This peripatetic role, will involve providing coverage across our six care homes, ensuring seamless continuity of care. • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments, adhering to medical prescriptions and care plans.
• Complete physical/ psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
• Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and changes in resident's conditions.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individual care plans.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and families.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for residents.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Stay updated on current medical practices.

• Proven experience as a registered nurse in a care setting.
