There are 4 posts:
- AS1690 - 20 hours per week
- AS1691 - 14 hours per week
- AS1692 - 25 hours per week
As an essential part of the Dollar Park Dementia Service team, whose purpose is to enable people who have a diagnosis of dementia to live in their homes for as long as possible with the best possible quality of life. You will provide practical help, supervision and support in the home as well as the wider community on a one-to-one basis. Tasks undertaken will be dependent on the needs of the individual client and may include personal care tasks.
You must be committed to registering with the SSSC when required.
You must have the ability to be mobile and flexible across the Falkirk Council area.
These posts are temporary until November 2026 due to service requirement.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
