Clinical Lead
Inverness
23.50 per hour
38.5 hours per week

On behalf of my client who is one of the largest growing care home providers across the UK, I am on the lookout for a registered nurse with experience in taking leadership within care homes to join their team as a Clinical Lead.


Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team to ensure top quality care is delivered to residents
* Create, implement and monitor care plans to suit each individual resident, amending where necessary
* Monitor medication records
* Ensure the relevant training is provided and successfully completed to support staff in further developing their knowledge and skills
* Prioritise responsibilities and delegations in a busy working environment and meeting deadlines
* Build strong relationships with residents, their families and the care home team


Requirements
* NMC registered nursing qualification is essential
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, motivating others and promoting a positive work environment
* Excellent written skills, highly organised and conscientious with detail
* Friendly personality
