Full Job Description
- Deliver Personalised Care - Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement tailored care plans.
- Ensure Accuracy - Maintain clear, accurate documentation to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
- Lead with Confidence - Guide your team at the start of each shift, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality care.
- Administer Medications - Safely manage and administer medications, following strict protocols.
- Monitor Health & Well-being - Conduct observations, manage residents' health needs, and respond swiftly to any concerns.
- Foster Strong Relationships - Build trust with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring open communication and a positive care environment.
- Encourage Independence - Support residents in daily activities, promoting autonomy while providing necessary assistance.
- Uphold Dignity & Respect - Advocate for residents' choices, ensuring their individuality is always prioritised.
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN. - Passion for Elderly Care - Previous care home experience is a plus, but a strong commitment to exceptional care is essential.
- Strong Leadership & Communication Skills - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with residents and families.
- Compassionate & Person-Centred Approach - A genuine desire to enhance residents' quality of life.
