Full Job Description
Staff Nurse
Bridge of Weir
22.25 per hour
Responsibilities
* Provide support to residents and ensure their safety whilst promoting independence
* Support care staff in training and development
* Liaise with other health professionals such as GP's to ensure residents receive the appropriate medical care
* Maintain confidentiality at all times adhering to NMC regulations and Code of Conduct
* To ensure cleanliness of medical equipment
* Report any issues to the Home Manager
* Medication management - administration and record keeping
Requirements
* Must be a registered nurse (RGN or RMN) with elderly care home experience
* You will be a compassionate individual dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care
* Be motivated to provide support in developing less experienced staff members knowledge and skills to ensure high quality care is provided at all times
* Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with residents and their families
