Full Job Description
We have a current opportunity for a Maintenance Officer for a contract of around 2-3 months.
The main duties in the role will be:
- diagnosis of maintenance issues
- instruction of repairs
- liaising with internal and external contractors
- carrying out post inspections of repairs to monitor quality and customer satisfaction
- processing purchase orders
- authorising payments for completed work
The role will be to start as soon as possible and you must have previous experience in a similar role, a trade background may also be considered.
