As they continue to expand their Scottish offering, we are representing them exclusively in their search for a Legal Advisor with experience in personal injury claims. What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a high-volume caseload of Pursuer RTA PI claims using their Case Management System and established procedures.
• Progressing cases efficiently, offering timely and professional legal advice with regular client contact.
• Identifying litigation opportunities and acting decisively when proceedings are tactically beneficial.
• Advising clients pragmatically on settlement and litigation risk.
• Meeting and exceeding targets around settlements and profitability while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
• Liaising with medical experts, insurers and third parties to proactively move cases forward.
• Thriving in a collaborative, high-performance environment with plenty of autonomy.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience handling RTA PI claims (Pursuer side).
• Understanding of Scottish Protocol Personal Injury and pre-litigation non-PI RTA claims.
• Strong IT skills – confident with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently but enjoy being part of a supportive team.
