An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Rental Administrator to cover a period of maternity leave. In this role you will report to our Rental Operations Supervisor and be a part of the Rental and Base Service team, delivering professional, customer focused support to the business. You will be responsible for responding to internal/external enquiries and undertaking administration activities relating to Rental, Base Service (repairs) and Logistics. Plan for progress. Protechting People and Planet is our roadmap. Responsibilities

• Preparation, maintenance and completion of rental and repair order documentation.
• Preparation of documentation for equipment shipment, including raising delivery notes and customs invoices, ensuring the correct export licensing controls are applied.
• Booking shipments within UK and working with freight agents for exporting goods outside the UK.
• Creating, issuing and expediting of purchase orders, sales orders and invoices.
• Answering telephone calls and emails promptly, evaluate and respond to enquiries effectively.
• Undertaking training as necessary for role development.
• Contribute towards effective team working and communication both internal & external.
• Demonstrate a high standard of good health and safety practice for self and others.
• Carry out work duties in accordance with the operating standards of the company.
• Ensure high standards of personal presentation in keeping with company standards.
  
  Experience in a similar administration/logistics role
• Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal
• Proficient in Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems such as Dyanamics AX, CRM 365, InspHire
• Knowledge of export controlled equipment would be advantageuous, comply to company rules and procedures and execute plans with commitment and determination
• use a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively
• communicate in a clear, precise and structured way
• co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information and support others in the pursuit of team goals
