Full Job Description

With 19 campuses and centres across the North and West Highlands, Skye, and Outer Hebrides, we cover a geographic area larger than Wales, comprising 40% of Scotland’s coastline. Our campuses and centres are located within historic towns and villages, set amongst the shorelines, mountains, and moors, with local staff working across our region to support our students and communities., Position: We are seeking Procurement Admin Support to be based at our Thurso, Stornoway or Fort William campus., Responsibilities: The post holders will be responsible for providing procurement and administrative support to the Estates & Campus Services teams. You will provide support to the planning and execution of the team's procurement exercises, contract management, liase with contractors and monitor contract expenditure.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidates will have experience of working in a professional office environment and dealing with people in a customer service/facing position. You will have good IT skills and the ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines. Knowledge of public procurement regulations and processes would be desirable.

A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
