Full Job Description
Production Operators required for our busy Engineering and Manufacturing client based in Renfrewshire due to continued growth and expansion.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor you will be responsible for the assembling machinery used in a range of sectors all over the World, built in their headquarters in Renfrewshire.
Candidates must have:-
- Previous manufacturing assembly experience.
- Be capable of working as part of a machine build cell.
- Understand the need to be flexible regarding daily tasks, be open and willing to assist where required.
- Be capable of working on own initiative to problem solve and generate improvements.
- Be capable of working on their own or as part of a team.
- Understand "Lean" and "5S".
- Strive towards continuous improvement methodology using key performance indicators target setting and attainment
Working pattern of 35 hours over 4 days:
Working Pattern A - Monday to Thursday 07:15 - 16:30
Working Pattern B - Tuesday to Friday 07:15 - 16:30
Hourly Rate: 13 per hour plus regular overtime
