Could you be our next Graduate within our Building Standards team? Building Standards is a key statutory role, and we are looking to give a suitable graduate the opportunity to join our small but award-winning team.
You will assist officers with the provision of professional Building Standards activities by supporting the team in day-to-day tasks including: assessment, inspection and processing of Building Standards verification, enforcement and licensing work.
You will help ensure the effective performance management of case work in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of key Building Standards objectives within Place Services.
We want to help you in your first career step. We will ensure the right person is trained up and developed in their time with us to allow them to contribute fully to the important work the Building Standards team does.
The ideal person for this role will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to making a positive impact in their work.
You will have a HND or above in either a property, building or construction related subject or other recognised relevant subject.
