Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a respected Glasgow-based manufacturer of high-quality, hand-crafted doors, windows, and conservatories, is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team at their Glasgow HQ.
With a reputation for excellence in bespoke craftsmanship, their success is built not just on skill and precision—but on seamless organisation throughout every stage of production and delivery. That’s where you come in.
About the Role:
As Project Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that each custom order moves smoothly from design through to installation. Working closely with production, sales, and installation teams, you’ll be the linchpin keeping timelines, documentation, and communication on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting project planning and scheduling
- Coordinating between departments to ensure project milestones are met
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Managing client communications regarding project timelines and updates
- Assisting with general administrative tasks to support smooth project delivery
About You:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using MS Office and project management tools
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction-related admin role is beneficial, but not essential
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
