We're looking for a Project Support Officer to work alongside our Tenant Engagement and Regulatory Compliance lead, helping to shape services that put our tenants at the heart of everything we do. From coordinating engagement activities and supporting regulatory compliance to assisting with project delivery and performance reporting, this role is key to ensuring our tenants' voices are heard and services continue to improve.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Has great communication skills, able to engage confidently with tenants, colleagues and external partners.
• Has experience in project support or administration, ideally within housing, community engagement or a related sector.
• Understands the importance of tenant engagement and how it can drive real change.
