As a key member of our Transformation team, you will lead and deliver critical projects that support operational excellence and business growth. This high-profile role will see you working across our Commercial Sales, IT, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Supply Chain teams, driving collaboration and delivering strategic initiatives that move the business forward.,

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects - from scoping to execution and evaluation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners to ensure project success
• Manage timelines, risks, budgets, and resource planning
• Communicate progress to senior stakeholders through clear, concise reporting
• Drive project alignment across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Embed quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in everything you do
  
  Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving transformation and delivering impactful change across complex, cross-functional environments?, 3-5 years' experience in project or program management, ideally within FMCG
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn strategy into action
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
• Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches)
• Analytical and tech-savvy, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Full UK driving licence (due to site travel)
