Housing and Technical Resources require a Technical Assistant to join the Repairs Team at Hamilton Business Unit to assist in the delivery of the property maintenance and technical advisory services relative to the maintenance and development of the Council’s housing portfolio.
The successful candidate will hold a SVQ Level 2/3 qualification in an appropriate discipline, time-served, or equivalent relevant experience.
To carry out this role effectively you must have the ability to travel to our various locations throughout South Lanarkshire.
