Full Job Description
- Key member of the property management team.
- Support the Team Manager, train and mentor the End of Tenancy Admin and Maintenance Team.
- Responsible for the team in the managers absence.
- Account manager for key clients.
- Assisting the manager monitor KPI's and performance of the team.
- Provide excellent service to our clients by handling the end of tenancy process.
- Negotiation between both tenant and landlord to deliver a satisfactory outcome for both parties.
- Work with the Property Managers and Maintenance team to ensure work required is highlighted, raised, and completed promptly.
- Ensure the Admin team deal with all requirements of the role.
- A customer focused role requiring meticulous attention to detail and co-ordination.
- Lead Role - Driving processes including managing inboxes, auditing Communal Spreadsheet and focus on all team KPI's
Ideally 1 years Property Management Experience and ARLA qualification - Friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients
- Able to provide excellent customer service
