What You’ll Be Doing...
- Leading the day-to-day running of the credit control function, supporting team members and setting priorities
- Making sure lease and financial records are accurate and up to date in the property management system
- Taking part in regular debt review meetings and helping shape recovery strategies
- Producing clear, useful reports to support finance and operational decisions
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, internal teams, and external agents on income matters
What You’ll Bring...
- Strong experience in credit control or debt recovery, ideally in a property or lease-based setting
- A good understanding of commercial leases and property finance operations
- Previous experience supervising or supporting a small team
- Confident communication and negotiation skills, with a helpful approach to customer service
- Great attention to detail and solid Excel skills
It Would Be Great If You Also Have-
- Experience with Propman or similar property management software
- Worked in a commercial property or estates environment
- Familiarity with electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS)
