Full Job Description
As Commercial Manager, you will provide commercial leadership across multiple projects, ensuring strong financial management, risk mitigation, and contractual compliance. You will collaborate closely with operational teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive cost efficiency and deliver successful project outcomes.,
- Oversee all commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring profitability and contract compliance.
- Manage risk, negotiate contracts, and lead commercial strategy.
- Support estimating and bid teams in pricing and tendering.
- Control project costs, cash flow, and subcontractor accounts.
- Ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and value engineering.
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a strong commercia mindset. The ideal candidate will have: - Experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor role ideally within the building services sector.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
