• Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and develop a top-tier lettings team.
• Drive Business Growth: Secure new landlords, increase revenue, and optimise rental yields.
• Oversee Property Management: Ensure seamless marketing, letting, and compliance processes.
• Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep up with lettings laws and regulations.
• Financial & Budgeting Excellence: Monitor departmental profitability and ensure fee collection.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the go-to expert for landlords, tenants, and stakeholders.

• Proven experience in a senior lettings or property management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Business development mindset-you know how to build relationships and grow a portfolio.
• In-depth knowledge of lettings processes, compliance, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• ARLA Propertymark qualification (preferred but not essential).
• Full UK driving licence or equivalent.
