Requirements

​You will have higher level or equivalent qualifications, enabling access to RICS accredited degree level course. You may already have an RICS accredited degree.

Responsibilities

You will provide a supporting role in all aspects of the work of the team, which may include taking responsibility for service delivery in one or more of these areas.

The Individual

​You will have experience in working in a structured environment, an interest and understanding of General Practice Surveying and an interest in, with some associated and relevant knowledge of, property asset management, land economics and property development. Good communication skills (written and oral), the ability to understand and adhere to procedures, and the ability to use a range of IT software, including Word and Excel, is essential. You will be able to work on your own initiative, under pressure to meet deadlines and be able to use discretion in the handling of sensitive and confidential information. A current driving licence is required.
