What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, from tenant relations to inspections.

• Work closely with contractors, landlords, and team members to ensure top-quality service delivery.

• Build trust and long-term relationships with tenants and landlords.

• Proactively address concerns and ensure satisfaction across the board.

• Develop and manage property budgets to enhance revenue and reduce costs.

• Monitor financial performance and prepare insightful reports.

• Maintain accurate records and handle legal matters like lease disputes and evictions with confidence.

• Mentor, train, and inspire junior property managers.

• Foster a positive, high-performance team environment.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Expertise in property management, leases, and maintenance.

• Financial acumen for budgeting and performance analysis.

• Knowledge of Scottish property laws and regulations.
