What You’ll Be Doing...

• Leading the day-to-day running of the credit control function, supporting team members and setting priorities
• Making sure lease and financial records are accurate and up to date in the property management system
• Taking part in regular debt review meetings and helping shape recovery strategies
• Producing clear, useful reports to support finance and operational decisions
• Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, internal teams, and external agents on income matters

What You’ll Bring...

• Strong experience in credit control or debt recovery, ideally in a property or lease-based setting
• A good understanding of commercial leases and property finance operations
• Previous experience supervising or supporting a small team
• Confident communication and negotiation skills, with a helpful approach to customer service
• Great attention to detail and solid Excel skills

It Would Be Great If You Also Have-

• Experience with Propman or similar property management software
• Worked in a commercial property or estates environment
• Familiarity with electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS)
