What You'll Be Doing:
+ Lead the team - Own your store's performance, guide your team, and bring the Smiggle magic to life every day.
+ Coach and inspire - Help your team develop their skills while growing your own.
+ Smash those targets - Drive sales and KPIs in a vibrant, customer-focused environment.
+ Make the store shine - Deliver eye-catching visual merchandising and fun promotional setups.
+ Keep things running smoothly - Manage rosters, stock, and service with confidence and support from your Area Manager.
+ Experience as a 2IC, Supervisor, or Key Holder in a retail environment.
+ Strong people skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
+ Passion for customer service and team development.
+ A desire to grow into larger leadership roles within a fun, fast-paced business.
