Full Job Description
- These roles are Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight
- The internal job title for this role is Customer Co-worker

- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday). Team vision ( title) About this work area Team vision (text) As Customer Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers with loading items into their vehicles
- Collecting trolleys from around the IKEA store and carpark to ensure we always have them available to use
- Supporting other areas of Customer Relations including resolving customer service issues, processing transactions, maintaining shopping tools (shopping baskets, trolleys, and yellow bags) and catalogues.
- Ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience.
A passion for securing the best customer experience possible. - Comfortable performing repetitive and heavy lifting tasks
- Excellent communication skills.
- A polite and friendly manner and a 'Togetherness' mindset.
- Able to work closely with your team and other departments or work independently.
- Basic computer and systems literacy.
